RED WINES WHITE WINES
Domaine Santa Duc Cuvée Tradition
The Gigondas region from where this wine is produced by Château-Neuf-du-Pape they deliver wine at the same good quality but for much more value for money.

Vergelegen Cabernet Sauvignon 2005.
South African wines just gets better and better. Their Shiraz where previously good but lately even the "Bordeaux blends" (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Carbernet Franc) has become better for each year.

Havens Syrah. Full-bodied and strong pure Syrah as an original French — Syrah (not Shiraz). The wine is also a flirtation with the French Rhône wines. Filled with Everything!
Georg Breuer Riesling Sauvage, Germany
Breuer's dry, fresh and crispy Rieslings are irresistible

Chablis Vieilles Vignes Domaine Sainte Claire. This classic and crispy Chablis are more distinguishing for each year.

Mr. Nylander Italian restaurant tips:
"Whatever part of the world you live in it's important that you know the local Italian".
Osteria Basilico, small local Italian with amazing food. Very hearty and consistent. The owners are present every night securing that the quality is the best.
I recommend to you to start with the spaghetti Vongole as a starter, Osso Bocco with Saffron risotto as a main course with a wine from the Valpolicella region would be excellent to combine. The restaurant has a quite a good range of wines. If you go there I recommend to sit upstairs and not downstairs because it is nicer and they are always so full booked.

WB Center: What are your personal interests?
Petter Nylander: I'm a history nerd. All kind of Europe history basically from Babylon and onwards. This weekend I'm actually travelling to a museum in Cairo. I try to mix my passion for history with travelling and try to visit the important museums and look after important venues. I've realized my life is too short learning about the global history so I try to focus on European history.

WB Center: How come that you are interested in history?
Petter Nylander: I've always liked history since I was a child, I was passionate by history and it has always been my best area as a kid. It's my way of relaxing, I read o lot biographies and historical books and I buy tons of DVD boxes about history. That's my way of relaxing. I think you learn a lot of today's society by studying history. Our life span is so short in the context of human nature. That's why I think it's important to learn or at least to try to understand history, it makes your more clair voyant.
