Wine & Beverage Center has chosen the Hop Ottin IPA ale produced by the Anderson Valley Brewing in the U.S.A. in California. The founder of the brewery is Kenneth Allen who wanted to create a smoothest tasting of the beer.

The bitter ale with tones of apricot, hops and honey combines nicely with spicy dishes like lamb and meat.
